Richard Wilkinson

The Equality Trust

Inequality, Superiority and Inferiority

The project is delighted to welcome as its third public lecturer Professor Richard Wilkinson, Co-founder and Board Member of The Equality Trust, Professor Emeritus of Social Epidemiology at the University of Nottingham Medical School, Honorary Professor at UCL and Visiting Professor at the University of York.

Professor Wilkinson is author of The Impact of Inequality (2005) and, with Kate Pickett, of The Spirit Level: Why More Equal Societies Almost Always Do Better (2009).

His public lecture will focus on his latest book (again with Professor Pickett), The Inner Level: How More Equal Societies Reduce Stress, Restore Sanity and Improve Everyone’s Wellbeing(2018).

The lecture will be followed by a reception.

All are welcome, but advance booking is required.

Please book your place here.
